Payments are processed by Stripe
All SignalLayer subscription payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment platform. SignalLayer and SVJ Enterprise LLC do not directly handle, store, or charge your payment method — Stripe does. Any cancellation or refund is ultimately executed by Stripe under their terms and timelines.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your SignalLayer subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. There is no need to provide a reason. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team using the email associated with your account at support@usesignalos.com or through the SignalLayer contact form. Once approved, the refund is initiated through Stripe.
Cancelling your subscription
Subscription cancellations are managed through Stripe, not directly by SignalLayer or SVJ Enterprise LLC. You can open the Stripe-hosted billing portal at any time from your dashboard using the "Manage billing" button to cancel future renewals, update your payment method, or download invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the current billing period.
